Ellen Anderson Roney is a Human Resources professional with over 20 years experience focused on compensation program design, systems and process implementation, and HR operations. Currently serving as the Global Compensation Process Director for Nike, Inc., Ellen has had the opportunity to work in a variety of industries including high tech, health care, and wholesale/retail.
Ellen first became interested in other cultures and communities as an exchange student in high school and while studying abroad during her junior year in college. This interest has only been heightened through her travels to Buenos Aires, Germany, The Netherlands, Thailand, and the UK.
Currently residing in Portland, OR, Ellen holds a BA in Philosophy from Hamilton College and an MBA from Portland State University.
